Renovated Travis at Katy Trail Debuts New Model Home

The Travis at Katy Trail highrise, located at 4611 Travis, adjacent Highland Park and the Katy Trail, debuts a new model home today from 1-5 pm, in preparation for the public opening next week of the fully-renovated common areas of this luxury boutique residential highrise.

On October 8-11, a Designer Trunk Show featuring the works of Texas Next Top Designers will be hosted by The Travis. The public is invited to attend and tour the renovated lobby and corridors, fitness center and pool area adjacent the Katy Trail.

The two-story design of the model home -- as well as the remaining homes at The Travis – were inspired by Le Corbusier's classic pre-war Parisian apartment buildings, featuring "through floor plans" providing two terraces in most homes, facing downtown as well as Park Cities views.

Highrise homes at The Travis are priced from the low $300,000s and feature hardwood floors and spacious kitchens with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances, including gas cooking.
